Bodywork Services

Integrated full massage

Combining myofascial & trigger point release techniques as needed, this session option takes at least one hour and sometimes goes longer. I will discuss your horse's past and present concerns with you, evaluate your horse's needs, and get to work releasing restricted tissue. This option is beneficial for almost any horse, but is my go-to to maintain horses with no medical issues in moderate work.

PEMF Therapy

This session includes 30 minutes of full-body medium-intensity PEMF therapy, covering the neck, back, and all four legs. PEMF carries a wealth of benefits for your horse. It has been shown to decrease pain, decrease swelling, improve muscle function, and accelerate healing in human & animal models. The medium intensity of  my machine makes it a great choice for horses who do not tolerate a high intensity field.

I

Integrated full massage + PEMF Therapy (Best Value!)

This option is particularly powerful for horses in demanding training programs or in rehab. After identifying and addressing any problem areas during massage, we will apply PEMF therapy to the entire body, kickstarting cellular repair and prolonging the benefits of massage.

1 hr 30 - 45 min

$115 ($105 with 3+ horses)

Warmup / Circulatory 30 minute massage

The 30 minute massage is great for activating muscle and relaxing the horse. It's more of a warmup massage with a Swedish technique. Very effective pre-workout or pre-competition, as well as for small equines who don't require a full-length massage: miniatures & small ponies. For horses with tension in specific areas requiring deep-tissue work, I recommend the full-length massage.

What My Clients Say

Horse receiving equine massage session during bodywork

Karen & Welly

"I went back to trotting which has been making her very tense in the past. I felt her begin to tense up, but she allowed me to continue and she began to soften.
I thought perhaps she was beginning to realize she wasn't hurting and the work was okay."
